Mexican salsa jackfruit quesadilla  

Empty The Jack Man Salsa Jackfruit from the pouch into a pan and heat for 5 minutes with slight amount of oil (optional).
For best result heat until sauce is dry and sticky. 

Layer the heated jackfruit on to 1 side of the tortilla. 
Top with thinly diced/chopped red onions, tomato and avocado.

Fold tortilla and toast for few minutes.
