JACKFRUIT TACOS WITH CORN & AVACADO

PREP / COOK TIME: 15 to 20 MINS

 

INGREDIENTS

1 packet of The Jack Man Salsa Jackfruit

Tortilla (Taco size) - 6 To 8

Small amount of Shredded red cabbage

½ Shredded red onions

2 Avocados

1 Cup corn

Cilantro (Optional)

Jalapenos (Optional) 
Lime(Optional)

METHOD

Tortilla: Warm either side of the tortilla on a pan for few minutes.

Jackfruit: Tear open The Jack Man Salsa Jackfruit pouch and empty the contents into a frying pan with small amount of oil (optional). Heat for 3-4 minutes while stirring and breaking up to get the pulled look. 

Others:  Scoop and slice avocado, shred red cabbage, and onions.


Place the tortilla on serving plates. Top with heated jackfruit, shredded onions, red, sliced avocados, cilantro, jalapenos, and Lime (Optional).
