JACKFRUIT TACOS WITH FRESH TOMATO SALSA & GUACAMOLE

INGREDIENTS


1 packet of The Jack Man Salsa Jackfruit

Tortilla (Taco size) Soft or Hard - 6 To 8

GUACAMOLE

2 Large avocados (Scoop and slice)

1/2 Small red onion finely chopped

Good amount of chopped cilantro

very small amount of salt and lime juice

FRESH TOMATO SALSA

2 Large Tomato's diced

1/2 Small red onion diced

Small amount of cilantro finely chopped

very small amount of salt and lime juice



METHOD

Tortilla: Warm either side of the tortilla on a pan for few minutes (Soft taco).

Jackfruit: Tear open The Jack Man Salsa Jackfruit pouch and empty the contents into a frying pan with small amount of oil (optional). Heat for 3-4 minutes while stirring and breaking up to get the pulled look. 

Guacamole: Mix the ingredients together gently until smooth and well balanced, adjust seasoning (salt/lime juice) as needed. 

Fresh tomato salsa: Mix ingredients together gently, adjust seasoning as needed. 

Place the tortilla on serving plates. Top with heated jackfruit, fresh tomato salsa and guacamole.
