BBQ JACKFRUIT BURGER WITH SLAW

INGREDIENTS

1 packet of The Jack Man Smoky BBQ Jackfruit
Burger buns, Split toasted

1 Tablespoon olive oil
½ Cup shredded red cabbage
½ Cup shredded Savoy cabbage
1 Carrot (coarsely grated)
½ Spring onion (Optional)
½ Cup mayonnaise (Traditional/Vegan)
½ Cup tomato sauce (replace with hot Sauce if required)


METHOD

Tear open The Jack Man Smoky BBQ Jackfruit pouch and empty the contents into a frying pan with small amount of oil (optional). Heat for 3-4 minutes while stirring.
break up to get the pulled look. Put in the oven for 5 Minutes for more crunchy texture (Optional)

Meanwhile, Place combined cabbage, carrot, spring onion and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Toss to combine.


Divide the bun bases among serving plates. Top with tomato sauce (Hot sauce), Jackfruit, coleslaw mixture and bun tops.
