Heat oil in a large pan and add diced onion and cook on high, meanwhile slice mushrooms.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(1, 58, 81);">2. Fry until onion browns then add mushrooms and paprika. Cook until mushrooms start watering then add gravy powder and mix.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(1, 58, 81);">3. Add the Smokey BBQ Jackfruit to the pan and break apart into small pieces while cooking. When the mixture starts drying add water and mix well.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(1, 58, 81);">4. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook while mixing. Then add BBQ sauce, salt and pepper and vegan cheese, mix and turn off heat. Set aside for cool.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(1, 58, 81);">5. Defrost pastry sheets and cut out desired pie shapes, if using a pie maker follow instructions on manual to cook. If baking in oven line a baking dish with pastry, then fill ¾ with filling and cover with more pastry. Bake until pies are golden and crunchy - 20/30mins depending on size.
